Warranty Coverage

Years 1-3: Full Parts & Labour Warranty

Faulty components caused by manufacturing defects will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
Collection, repair, and return service available in accordance with warranty procedures.
Technical support included.

Years 4-5: Labour Warranty Included

Free diagnostic and repair service for hardware-related faults.
Technical support included.
Replacement parts may be chargeable if outside the original parts warranty period.

Lifetime Technical Support

Free technical support for the lifetime of your WebTro Gaming PC.
Assistance with troubleshooting, upgrades, and general system queries.

Warranty Exclusions

Accidental damage.
Liquid damage.
Physical damage or misuse.
Unauthorised repairs or modifications.
Software issues, viruses, malware, or operating system corruption.
Damage caused by improper installation of third-party components.
Normal wear and tear.

Coverage by Product Type

The 5-Year Warranty described above applies to WebTro Gaming PCs (complete systems built and tested by WebTro).

For other products — including laptops, monitors, components, cases, and accessories — the warranty is provided by the original manufacturer (typically 1-3 years depending on the item), in addition to your statutory consumer rights under UK law.
