For custom-built PCs, delivery times are in addition to the selected build time during configuration. Each system is carefully assembled and tested to ensure high performance and quality before dispatch.

1. Unwanted Items
Changed your mind? No problem.
- Return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and packaging
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
2. Incorrect or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong product or a damaged item:
- We will cover all return shipping costs
